I bought a freestanding punch bag a while ago and honestly, it’s been a really useful addition to my training 🥊🔥 I like how easy it is to use and move around, especially when I don’t want something permanently installed. After trying it out, I can definitely see why choosing between freestanding and hanging comes down to your space and training style. 💪
